This range covers moulded coolant hoses, rigid pipes, fuel and vapour lines and the clamps and fittings that join them, for Kia, Mazda, Nissan and Volvo.
A moulded hose is shaped for one route and one route only. The bends clear the exhaust, the alternator and the steering rack, and the end fittings are clocked to a specific angle. A length of universal hose cut to fit will kink at the tightest bend and starve whatever it feeds, so the correct moulded part is worth the small extra cost.
The usual warning signs are a bulge or soft spot near a clamp, hairline cracks when you squeeze the hose with the engine cold, a crust of dried coolant at a joint, or a line that has hardened until it will not flex. Replace hoses in pairs on the same circuit when one has failed, because the others have seen identical heat cycles.
Each listing names the years, engine and drivetrain the hose was catalogued for and gives the OEM part number. Compare that number with the markings on the original hose, and check the clamp type before you reuse the old one.
